Our Business

We take pride in our desserts and cheeses for being the freshest without the use of preservatives and some of our products are Gluten Free.  I have always loved to bake and bring that pleasure of enjoyment to friends.  I have been baking desserts for many years and have always wanted to open my own bakery and share with others what has been passed down to me from my Mother and Aunts, who all love to cook. I have Celiacs disease so I do have many years of baking and prefecting my cooking to be wheat and gluten free.  I have taken most of my favorite recipes and converted them to gluten free.  I have found that I can create the same wonderful desserts and bread that I used to make with regular flour.

I have also created these Soft Gourmet Cheeses:

Dragon Breath Garlic, Southwest Spicey, Whawoo Wasabi, Hottie Horseradish, Herb Goes Wild, Cranberry Pecan (great on bagels), and Bacon Sundried Tomato 
These cheeses are made from cows milk, they are the creamest, most flavorable delights. No preservatives
